The role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive growth and ROI for our coworking space through media buying, social media ads, Search ads, LinkedIn, affiliate marketing, and growth marketing. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented and meticulous executor who works well with inter-departmental stakeholders and can take action on a variety of tasks from idea phase to implementation, adapting and iterating as needed along the way.
- Reporting to Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate must thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and support multiple, simultaneous projects.
- This role is critical in driving the success of all strategies across the market. This role is not intended to be typical ‘9-6’ but a managerial and social role to act as a key connection with the local creative community.
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns aligned with INFINITY8’s overall business objectives.
- Plan and execute media buying strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other display networks to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Manage search ads campaigns to enhance visibility and drive targeted traffic to our coworking space.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize landing pages, ads, and digital assets to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
- Analyze data, interpret results, identify trends, and optimize key findings to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain a testing framework for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to drive incremental revenue and customer acquisition.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to enhance user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and data analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive business results.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative, effective, and competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on media buying, social media ads, search ads, Google ads, LinkedIn, affiliate marketing, and growth marketing.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through digital marketing channels
- Experience working with creative agencies and merging creative and media strategy
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar
- Working knowledge of basic ad tech tools, media tagging processes and attribution models
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- A basic understanding of other marketing channels and tools (including email & automation, SEO, website functionality)
