As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Design & Project Lead to spearhead our future expansion projects.

- Design Conceptualization:
Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts in line with our branding for new coworking spaces, keeping in mind functionality, comfort, and the unique needs of our diverse clientele.
- Project Management:
Oversee end-to-end project management for new branch openings, from conception to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of design and construction projects.
- Space Optimization:
Collaborate with the operations team to optimize existing coworking spaces, ensuring efficient layout and utilization of space for maximum member satisfaction and profitability.
- Material and Vendor Management:
Source and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other vendors to secure high-quality materials and services within budgetary constraints.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
- Compliance and Regulations:
Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and compliance standards to ensure all projects meet legal requirements.
- Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and sales, to align design and project objectives with overall business goals.
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial interior design projects.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Problem-Solving Abilities:
Proven ability to identify challenges, propose effective solutions, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated creative flair with a keen eye for design trends and a passion for creating inspiring workspaces.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving project objectives.
