About The Role:
This role supports INFINITY8âs brand visibility and partnership growth by assisting with partnership research and outreach, supporting in-house brand activations, and coordinating influencer and digital campaign logistics. The position plays a key role in execution, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful activation delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Market & Partner Research
– Conduct market research to identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities aligned with INFINITY8âs brand and audience.
– Build and maintain a structured database of corporate, affiliate, and community leads.
– Analyse potential partner profiles based on industry relevance, brand fit, and mutual value.
2. Outreach & Relationship Management Support
– Prepare outreach materials including email templates, partnership decks, and briefing documents.
– Assist in scheduling discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective partners.
– Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and partner status in CRM tools.
3. Proposal & Contract Assistance
– Assist in drafting initial proposals, partnership outlines, and agreement documentation.
– Support internal reviews and collaborate with senior team members to align on partnership terms.
– Track contract progress and ensure timely document management and version control.
4. Brand Activation & Event Support
– Coordinate on-site logistics including setup, teardown, vendor liaison, and supplies preparation within INFINITY8 spaces.
– Prepare activation schedules, manage event tools and assets, and ensure on-time execution.
– Process invoices, purchase orders, and basic budget tracking related to partnership or event activities.
5. Influencer & Campaign Coordination
– Compile and maintain a list of relevant micro-influencers and local advocates.
– Support influencer onboarding by preparing briefing packs and tracking deliverables.
– Coordinate content capture onâsite (photo/video) and manage asset handâoff to internal or external production teams.
6. CrossâFunctional Collaboration
– Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Sales teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
– Participate in team meetings, status updates, and post-mortems to optimize execution and communication flow.
7. Reporting & Operational Support
– Collect and document partner and attendee feedback for ongoing program refinement.
– Maintain organized archives of proposals, contracts, budgets, and activation postâmortems.
– Support ad-hoc administrative needs across the Marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience & Skills:
- At least 1â2 years of internship or fullâtime experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, events, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets for managing event budgets, reports, and campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft clear emails, presentations, and briefs.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detailâoriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
- Proactive problemâsolver with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fastâpaced environment.

- Willingness to travel occasionally to Kuala Lumpur and/or George Town for onâsite activations.
** This role may require occasional travel to execute brand activation campaigns, attend partnership meetings, and explore new collaboration opportunities.
