Qualification, Experience & Skills Required:
Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource/Public Relations/ Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic understanding of HR functions and interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 year(s) of working experience in HR field.
- Able to manage time and multitask effectively

Job Overview: Human Resource Associate supports day-to-day internal HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution of HR administrative tasks and internal employee requests.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative and operation duties, including document handling, HR employee data management, pantry management.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of welcome kits (uniforms, seating arrangement) and staff clearance
- Administering and maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and records in the HRIS. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information at all time.
- In-charge of employee leave and attendance, this includes well-verse with employee leave entitlement and attendance policies, and execute all HR leave and attendance related matters effectively.
- In-charge of training & HRDF administration related tasks. This includes coordinate with training provider and ensure HRDF administration for all training cost.
- In-charge of employee business travel and logistic arrangement. This includes business outstation accommodation arrangement, flights booking arrangement. Ensure employee business travel booking arranged in timely and most cost effective manner.
- Maintain and provide accurate leave report on monthly basis for payroll and management reporting purpose
- Maintain and provide accurate HRDF report on quarterly basis for REM, I8 and API groups of company.
- Perform the ad-hoc task or any task assigned by the HR Manager.
