About The Role:
Content & Social Media Creator play an important role in managing and growing our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for end-to-end content creation, social media management, and campaign execution, while ensuring consistent brand messaging both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Management
- Develop engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube (captions, posts, Reels, Stories, videos)
- Create written content such as blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates
- Design visuals and edit short-form videos using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut
- Produce offline marketing materials including brochures, flyers, signages, and presentation decks
- Plan and manage a content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and events
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice, and visual identity
2. Social Media Management & Growth
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Monitor social media trends and platform updates to optimise performance
- Manage audience engagement (comments, messages, interactions) professionally and promptly
- Conduct content testing (e.g. video vs static) to improve reach and engagement
3. Campaign Execution
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing campaigns
- Develop clear and engaging copy for ads, promotions, and events
- Support influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels
4. Event & On-Ground Support
- Support company events, launches, and community activities
- Be on-site when required to manage content and brand presence
- Capture real-time content during events (photos, videos, live updates)
- Ensure event materials and branding are properly executed
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using analytics tools
- Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and content strategies
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations
- Continuously optimise content based on data and trends
6. Brand Consistency & Innovation
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials
- Propose and test new content ideas to keep the brand relevant and engaging
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms
- Basic skills in graphic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe)
- Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with paid ads (Meta, LinkedIn) is an advantage
- Basic photography skills for event and on-site content are a plus
