CURRENT OPENINGS

We are seeking enthusiastic interns to join the following departments:

1. Human Resources (HR) Department | Focus: Internal People & Culture

• Role: Support the internal HR team in managing the employee lifecycle for INFINITY8 staff.
• Tasks: Assist with onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records, help organize team-building events, and support the development of our internal company culture.

2. Recruitment Services Department | Focus: Talent Acquisition for Clients

• Role: Learn the art of headhunting and recruitment marketing as part of our Talent Services arm.
• Tasks: Source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn, screen CVs, coordinate interviews with clients, and assist in building a talent pool for various industries.

3. Operations & Community Department | Focus: Coworking Space Management & Member Experience

• Role: Be the face of INFINITY8! Ensure the seamless day-to-day running of the workspace.
• Tasks: Welcome new members, organize community events (workshops, happy hours), manage facility requests, and ensure the space is always “instagram-ready.”

4. Finance Department | Focus: Accounting & Financial Analysis

• Role: Gain practical experience in the financial backbone of a property and service-based business.
• Tasks: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, help with invoicing for memberships and services, reconcile bank statements, and support the finance team with budgeting and reporting.

5. Marketing Department | Focus: Brand Awareness & Digital Growth

• Role: Tell the INFINITY8 story across digital and physical channels.
• Tasks: Create content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn), write blog posts about our members and events, assist in designing marketing collateral, and help execute B2B marketing campaigns to attract new members and clients.

Who We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, HR, Psychology, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Hospitality, or similar).
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for the startup, coworking, or tech ecosystem is a huge plus!
