About The Role:

As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by handling enquiries efficiently and professionally, managing accurate data entry and timely submission of backend documentation for your assigned branch, actively supporting marketing and event initiatives, fostering strong relationships and effective communication among co-working members, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment that reflects the company’s brand image, and continuously developing your communication and operational skills while working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the overall success of the branch.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Understanding the concept of top-notch co-working space. Handling day to day operations to ensure the branch runs smoothly and provide personalized support to our coworker
  2. Develop strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks at once and stay on top of responsibilities while completing tasks in a timely manner.
  3. Keep track of to-do list, files, supplies and other records.
  4. Attention to details on follow up for rental payment and assets contract renewal.
  5. Assist with the administrative aspects of top-notch co-working space. For example, preparing invoices, contract drafting, payment receipt, document issuing, etc.
  6. Handle the operational maintenance of the branch in a timely manner to ensure that the hardware and software equipment in the branch is functioning effectively.
  7. Update incident in tools for issues that required attention.
  8. Brainstorm to enhance branches to create a cozy environment.
  9. Branch spokesperson to assist in promoting features and completing sales assignments assigned by the sales department such as giving detailed presentations to interested co-workers, providing detailed tours, understanding their needs, requirements, and conveying effective information to the sales department.
  10. Assist the event department in making community events successful at the assigned branch.
  11. Acquire teamwork skills to work with other department/branch teams in completing projects and tasks.
  12. Develop analytical skills to solve problems and make decisions. For example, if a co-worker has a question about a program or event in researching the answer or evaluate the success of a program or event and make changes if necessary.
  13. Responsible for completing any other related work or other ad hoc duties as assigned by the operation manager.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource/Public Relations/ Administration/Management or equivalent.

Experience & Skills:

  1. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  2. Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  3. Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is an advantage.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
  5. A collaborative team player and able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
