About The Role:

The Digital Marketing Associate plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, this role supports the day-to-day operations of digital campaigns, manages social media channels, and collaborates on content creation. This role also contributes to marketing analytics, campaign automation, and continuous improvement of marketing performance in alignment with business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email newsletters, social media, performance marketing, and other online platforms.
  2. Assist in the day-to-day responsibilities of digital marketing execution, from hands-on operational work to project management, ensuring teams meet goals and KPIs.
  3. Support digital marketing plans in collaboration with other department teams, including Sales, Events & Partnership and Operations.
  4. Manage social media platforms by creating and curating engaging content, scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and leveraging social media trends and analytics for improvements.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing assets, such as graphics, images, videos, and infographics.
  6. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the effective execution of marketing initiatives within budget and timelines.
  7. Analyse web trends, site conversion rates, ad campaigns, SEO rankings, and email campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  8. Utilize customer persona data to determine audience segmentations for more effective marketing.
  9. Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing programs and utilize insights to propose optimizations that drive growth in traffic and membership.
  10. Support the planning and execution of offline marketing events and activations, expanding brand reach and fostering customer connections.
  11. Assist in designing, implementing, and documenting campaign processes for automation and paid media platforms.
  12. Support Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities and provide assistance with campaigns and projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media or a related field

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience at a startup, high-growth company.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently – once you’re clear on the task at hand, you are able to own and run with it.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing social media platforms for marketing purposes, including creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Experience with SEM, SEO, Facebook Advertising and/or CRM in order to optimize marketing ROI.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills (ad copywriting a plus).
  • Worked in a start-up environment and/or you are excited by a fast-paced organization
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects with lots of small moving parts in a fast-paced environment within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques and willingness to learn new applications and tactics.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capability with a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to recommend appropriate solutions.

** This role may have travel requirement but up upon Management’s requirement.
