Marketing Internship

About The Role:

This internship is designed for individuals eager to gain practical marketing experience in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. As a Marketing Intern at INFINITY8, you will be assisting in campaign planning and execution, content creation for social media, video editing, and event coordination. This role will also conduct market research, help manage content calendars, and contribute to performance reporting. The intern will support Mandarin-language content creation and assist in managing XiaoHongShu (Rednote) and other Mandarin social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and website.
• Develop content for various channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and XiaoHongShu (Rednote).
• Support the creation and management of Mandarin-language content, particularly for XiaoHongShu (Rednote) and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
• Support short-form video production and content editing (e.g., Reels, Stories).
• Help maintain the content calendar and assist with post scheduling.
• Assist with event coordination, webinars, and internal initiatives.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour.
• Support campaign reporting and performance tracking (reach, engagement, etc.).
• Update and maintain marketing collateral and internal documentation.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Experience & Skills:

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and content development.
• Collaborative, positive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced team.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear and engaging messages.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) to support Mandarin-language content and XiaoHongShu platform management.
• Basic knowledge of content tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Curious and open-minded; eager to explore new platforms, trends, and tools.
• Comfortable working with data and making sense of campaign results.
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback positively.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Monday to Thursday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM); Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Work Location: INFINITY8 Reserve TRX, Menara Exchange 106, Kuala Lumpur
• Expected Start Date: June 2026 (candidates available earlier or later will also be considered)
