About The Role :
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Trainee to join our dynamic coworking space team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in workspace operations, community engagement, and front-desk services. The trainee will assist in daily activities, interact with members, and support the smooth running of the coworking environment. This role is suitable for student who is in their final semester year, with posibility to engage full time employement uponn complete the internship period.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of the coworking space, including opening/closing duties.
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors professionally and courteously.
- Help coordinate events, workshops, and community engagement activities.
- Support new member onboarding and workspace tours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared spaces (meeting rooms, pantry, workstations).
- Monitor and manage basic office supplies, inventory, and facilities.
- Respond to member inquiries and escalate issues to senior staff if necessary.
- Help manage bookings for meeting rooms, hot desks, and event spaces.
- Support back-office tasks such as data entry, reporting, and ad-hoc assignments.
- Learn and follow company policies, health & safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree/diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Interest in coworking, community management, or workspace operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling tools).
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a flexible environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.
